Integrated Multi-omics for Environmental Health has developed innovative approaches to understand the complex interplay between environmental exposures and health outcomes through multi-omics data integration. Investigators have developed novel statistical frameworks that enhance the analysis of different omics layers, advancing the field of precision environmental health.

Recent Highlights

• Developed a precision health analytic framework integrating multi-omic data with mediation approaches to identify biomarkers of exposure, pathways of interest, and groups of individuals most susceptible to adverse environmental exposures.

• Created innovative statistical methods for integrated omics analysis, including the LUCID model, which integrates exposures, genotypes, and health outcomes.

• Identified biomarkers and pathways of disease susceptibility using innovative mediation approaches.
